This type of employee has 1 or less years of experience within construction industry. May also have some trade school experience. This individual is willing to work for craftsmen to learn and assist them with tasks.
TIER 2
This type of employee has 2 or less years of experience within the construction industry. Also may have some trade school experience. The individual knows how to use hand tools and perform general construction tasks.
TIER 3
This type of employee has 3 + years of experience within the construction industry. They person can read and understand blueprints.
